About the project
Alghad Ajmal is a Riyadh-based organisation that plans exhibitions and conferences and supplies the technical backbone behind them, from sound and visual systems to live streaming and media coverage. MotqanTech created an event company website design in Riyadh that reflects the firm's ambition and its stated alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The brief
Event clients choose an organiser largely on first impressions and confidence in delivery. The company needed a bilingual site that shows its service range visually, puts recognisable partners on display and turns interest into a consultation request quickly.
What we delivered
We built an Arabic-first site with an English version, guiding visitors from impression to enquiry.
- A top bar with email, phone and address, and a menu covering about, services, hospitality services and photo gallery, plus a "Free consultation" button.
- A night-time Riyadh skyline hero with the company's headline and a "Contact us" button.
- An About section pairing modern office imagery with the company's vision.
- Six photo service cards: event management, visual systems, lighting and pixel displays, sound and stages, live streaming and media documentation.
- A dark counters band and a values section with six icons, from teamwork to professionalism.
- A "Partners in success" logo wall of public and private entities, and a footer with an embedded Google Map, quick links and social accounts.
Design & user experience
Gold, drawn from the falcon logo, marks buttons and dividers, while charcoal anchors the counters and footer and white space lets imagery breathe. Each service card carries the brand emblem in a circle, tying it back to the identity, and Arabic typography is set with generous spacing for comfortable right-to-left reading. A floating WhatsApp button and the consultation CTA are always within reach, and the layout is fully responsive.
The outcome
Alghad Ajmal now has an elegant online presence that presents its event capabilities professionally and builds trust through visual services and partner credentials. Booking a consultation is one click away from anywhere on the site.
